Outstanding hotel, the staff are spectacular. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
Great value. No problem to get a spare bed. Very friendly staff. A bit noisy due to wedding but receptionist was very apologetic and and understanding.
very enjoyable stay as always
Very nice stay, combined with excellent italian cuisine downstairs in Bianconi's. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free safe off street parking too.Our room was small but comfortable and spotlessly clean. Ideal for a couple or young family for a short stay, but might be a little quiet and reserved for people looking for a wild night on the town - Oranmore has nice pubs, but can be quiet even at weekends, attracts a more mature crowd. Recommended.
This was my second visit to the Coach House Hotel. It is a lovely Hotel and the location is great. However I found the bedroom was not as clean as it should have been. It wasn't very dirty by any means just not as clean as it could have been.
We did not like the room (bad layout, skylight instead of window). However, the staff was absolutely fabulous, and Karen especially was very helpful as we needed assistance rebooking flights and making other travel arrangements when Hurricane Irene delayed our return to the States. The bar and breakfast staff were also very nice and the restaurant was excellent.
Rooms very clean but very small, noise starts after bar is closed with staff emptying bottles from skips and refilling bottle cases. Noise starts again at around 6 30-7 00 am in the morning again. over all quite a pleasent place to stay
Really nice hotel with very helpful and friendly staff and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Bit pricey for Oranmore tho, esp the bar drinks.
Nice clean hotel reasonable priced rooms. Excellent restuarant.
We really liked this hotel. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean and I really liked the fact that there was no carpet in our room it has to be so much more hygienic. The breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious.
Very comfortable bed/room. I would recommend it to anyone.
Excellent hotel - staff were extremely friendly and helpful
Karen at the front desk provided exceptional service from the moment we arrived. Our every request was promptly attended to and she was so welcoming. Breakfast was great, great location, very fair price per night.
A jewel of a place to stay, this hotel got it got it all, give back to the customer is the motto of this hotel in my opinion. Imagine a first class restaurant on the ground floor. We have stayed at many in the local area this is the best.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Coach House and plan to stay with you next time we visit Ireland. The room was comfortable and quiet which was greatly appreciated since we needed some rest. See you again!
During my recent stay there was a mix up with my online booking which had not been transferred across to your guest room database. When I arrived the receptionist was on leave and the bar staff looked after me. Despite the mix up they were so friendly and accommodating that the small error was not an issue at all. I ended up in a larger room than ordered which was lovely and the following morning the receptionist further apologised for the confusion. I did not have the opportunity to use the bar/restaurant or have breakfast so could not rate this. I had a fantastic stay and have already passed on recommendations to some family members and friends.
Have more options for Breakfast, like pancakes for example!
We had a super 2 days, very pleased with everything, no need to go elsewhere for food or drinks as the hospitality and setting was excellent.
Had a lovely stay in the Coach House. Staff were so friendly and we had a delicious dinner in Basilico restaurant.
